Level Up LUND! 2026 – LAN & CS2 VRS Tier-2 in collaboration with Esplay
Following a successful first season of Level Up LUND!, which concluded with Team TNL claiming the title, the event now enters its next chapter. Esplay is joining forces with Level Up LUND! to elevate the on-site competition and the VRS Tier-2 tournament experience. Through this collaboration, Esplay will support tournament operations, competitive structure, and technical execution on site, ensuring a professional setup while keeping the local LAN spirit at the core of the event.
With 24 team spots available, teams are encouraged to secure their place early. Spots are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Tournament Format
No invites, no qualifiers, direct sign-up.
Teams: Max 24 (4 groups × 6 teams).
Groups: Round Robin BO1.
Playoffs: Single Elimination BO3.
Winners from the group stage are qualified directly to Day 2 Round of 8. 2nd-3rd goes to the Knockout stage, 4th-6th is eliminated.

Stages: All teams will play on their own computers. BYOC or Rental.
Teams are responsible for arranging their own travel. Teams need to arrive on the 19th of March.
VRS Details
Event Type: Level Up LUND! 2026 is a tier 2 ranked event using the VRS ranking to seed the teams into the group stages. No VRS filter and no VRS invitations. Sign-ups are open to all teams. First comes first served.
LAN: The entire tournament will be played on LAN in Sweden
Teams: 24 teams. Your registration is not complete until your ticket purchase is confirmed with payment. Spots are limited!
Seeding Date: Level Up LUND! 2026 will be seeded using the 2nd of March 2026 (First Monday in March) Valve Regional Standings update.
Lock in lineups: After 1st of March teams will not be able to swap players affecting the seeding/VRS. Failing to lock in VRS core of the lineup prior to 1st of March will result in WO losses in the tournament.
Format: Four (4) groups of six (6) teams divided by seeding, Group A: XXX Group B: XXX, Group C XXX, Group D XXX. Three (3) teams from each group qualify for the next stage. Single elimination BO3 playoffs starting with a knockout stage 2nd vs 3rd in groups. Winners from the group stage are qualified directly to day 2 and the round of 8.
Group Scoring System: 3 points – Win in regulation time 2 points – Win in overtime 1 point – Loss in overtime 0 points – Loss in regulation time
Tiebreaker Rules: If two or more teams are tied in total points at the end of the group stage, the following criteria will be applied in order: -Round difference -Head-to-head result -Fewer total round losses -Higher initial seed
Coverage on HLTV.org toward VRS and ranking status from what stage of the tournament cannot be guaranteed prior to confirmation.

Prize Pool by Team Count
The total prize pool will be determined by the number of participating teams as follows.1–10 teams: 60000 SEK
11–19 teams: 80000 SEK
20-24 teams: 100000 SEK
The registration fee per team starting from 10000 SEK
Prize pool will be paid within 30 days after invoice has been sent
Prize pool Breakdown: 1st = 70% | 2nd = 20% | 3 = 10%
Compensation & Rules
Only prize pool payouts; no other appearance/revenue shares.
Integrity: The Organizer may reject teams/players with VAC bans or integrity concerns.
No sibling/academy teams owned by the same organization in the same tournament.
Refund policy: If your team needs to withdraw from the tournament before 1st of March 2026 we will try to replace your team with teams on the waiting list. If we find a replacement we will re-fund the full amount. If teams withdraw or fail to lock in lineup after 1st of March no refund will be made.
Full rules will be released no later than two weeks before the event.
